These Terms govern your use of mybodycell.com and any purchase from My Body Cell (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food products, are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent authority. Nothing on this site is a medical claim.
2. Eligibility
By ordering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are buying solely for legitimate laboratory research, that you will not use or supply the products for human or animal consumption, and that your purchase complies with the laws that apply to you.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Your responsibility
Laws on purchasing, importing and using research compounds vary by territory. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully buy and use a product where you are, for obtaining any licence required, and for handling, storing and disposing of it safely.
4. Products and testing
We aim to describe products accurately. Certificates of Analysis, where published, relate only to the lot identified on them. Product images are illustrative. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor; we do not store full card details. We may correct pricing errors, and will contact you if a price was materially wrong.
Quantity discounts apply at checkout as displayed.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
7. Shipping
Methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. For international orders you are the importer of record and responsible for duties and customs compliance.
8. Returns
Opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact support@mybodycell.com first. Report damaged or incorrect items within 14 days.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not use any product in or on a human or animal body, supply it to someone you believe intends to, misrepresent it as approved for human use, or use this site unlawfully. Breach entitles us to cancel orders and refuse further service.
10. Accounts
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
11. Intellectual property
Content on this site is owned by or licensed to My Body Cell and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Warranties and liability
Products and this site are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a product is suitable for any specific research application — determining that is your responsibility.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or research outcomes. Our total liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify My Body Cell against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or any use of a product in or on a human or animal body.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here when you order.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Body Cell is established, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
